0:5151 secondsside of Israel but in addition we are Americans and our country is complicit in all of this the United States is
1:001 minutereally funding so much of what Israel is doing in Gaza you and I need to be aware of what is going on there why would we

Details: This class, led by Dr. Gary Burge, will explore the tragic events of October 7, 2023 and the remarkable aftermath of Israel’s sustained fight with Hamas. We will look at the origins of this conflict and how it might be resolved. But above all, we will explore why many American Christians are now speaking up out of concerns for justice and peace-making.
About the instructor: Gary M. Burge, PhD, is a recently-retired professor of Biblical Studies at Wheaton College and Calvin Seminary. He is the author of Whose Land? Whose Promise? What Christians are not being told about Israel and the Palestinians and Jesus and the Land. The New Testament Challenge to ‘Holy Land Theology.'
